A Closed Dissertation Examination has been carried out by Herna Octivia Damayanti, a student of Doctor of Water Resources Management in 2020. The closed examination is the end of the MSDP Doctoral study journey at Diponegoro University through various ups and downs until now she is able to become the 182nd new doctor. Sister Herna is the first graduate of MSDP Doctoral students Class of 2020, an excellent achievement and a source of motivation for colleagues.

The closed final exam took place offline in Building J Room 307 with the dissertation title “Class II and III Class II and III Fish Auction Venue Management Models in Pati Regency”. Based on the presentation by Sister Herna, the auction had the greatest effect on the performance of class II TPI, while facilities and human resources had the greatest influence on the performance of class III TPI. The indicators that most influence the performance of class II and class III TPI are the number of fishermen, organizational culture, weighing activities, implementation of regulations. The management model for class II and class III TPI in Pati Regency is based on a system model with a component approach. The input model is the planning component with the variable facilities and human resources. The process model is the organizing component with organizational variables, the mobilizing component with bidding variables and the controlling component with monitoring variables. The priority of TPI class II and III management strategies in Pati Regency is based on the criteria of fish production, facilities and infrastructure, institutions and human resources. Promovenda is an alumni of the undergraduate education taken at the Oceanography Study Program, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Diponegoro University and graduated in 2009. Continuing Masters Education at the Masters Study Program in Coastal Resource Management, Diponegoro University and graduated in 2016 and Promovenda was accepted at the Doctoral Program in Resource Management Diponegoro University Water Resources with a SAINTEK RISTEK/BRIN scholarship. Experience working at the Pati Regency LITBANG Office from 2011 to 2016. From 2017 until now working at BAPPEDA Pati Regency. Promovenda actively participates in several scientific seminars including International Workshops and National Seminars.

(Head of the Study Program), as Secretary of the Examination Session with Team Members, Prof. Dr. Ir. Suradi Wijaya Saputra, M.S (as Promoter); Dr. Dian Wijayanto, S.Pi, MM, M.SE (as Co-Promoter); Dr. Abdul Kohar Mudzakir, S.Pi, M.Sc (as Co-Promoter); Suadi, S.Pi., M.Agr.Sc., Ph.D from Gadjah Mada University (UGM) with expertise in Fisheries/Marine Social Economics (as External Examiner); Prof. Dr. Aristi Dian Purnama Fitri, S.Pi, M.Sc (as Internal Examiner). Based on the results of the assessment from the Closed Exam Examination Team a.n Herna Octivia Damayanti, it was declared PASSED with the CUMLAUDE predicate and became the 182nd graduate of the Doctoral Program in Aquatic Resources Management, FPIK, Diponegoro University.
