To become a Doctoral study program that is capable of producing graduates who are ontologically superior in the field of Aquatic Resources Management, who are dedicated, have personality and master science and technology who are efficient and effective,

and have a national and international network and reputation.

Mission 

1. Organizing postgraduate higher education at doctoral level in the field of Aquatic Resources Management
2. Organizing and pioneering novelty-oriented research activities in the development of science and technology for managing aquatic resources based on local wisdom and resources
3. Facilitate community service activities in the field of Aquatic Resources management
4. Establishing maritime partnerships and a reference center for thinking and solving coastal problems

Goals

The Aquatic Resources Management doctoral program education is carried out to produce graduates who are able to:
1. Develop concepts of science, technology and/or art in the field of Aquatic Resources management to produce new ontological findings at the levels of: theory, concept, method, model, product, strategy and policy
2. Manage, lead and develop research programs in the field of Aquatic Resources management and disseminate them through national and international seminars and scientific publications
3. Able to work in the field of Aquatic Resources Management with intra and interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches
